Hack Attack: Side-by-side Windows and Mac OS with Parallels - Lifehacker

Awesome article on running Parallels. I think I am going to put this on my Mac soon now that the reviews are in and they appear to be so favorable.

Quoted: Using the previously-mentioned virtual machine software, Parallels Desktop for Mac ($79.99), you can run Mac OS X and Windows (XP, Vista, you name it) side-by-side. Here's how I've set up my Parallels installation to make working in multiple OSes easy and fun.

Good news for anyone who owns a Mac and plays games. Parallels plans to support full-speed Windows gaming soon. For once, owning a Mac will also mean being able to play the newest games!

Parallels Desktop 1.0 for Mac OS X : Page 1

Arts Technica just did a full review of Parallels Desktop 1.0 for Mac OS X. I am thinking about picking this up for my new Macbook. The reviews have been great. I'm going to pay attenton to my machine usage and see if there is actually any reason that I might need to have Windows available. I seem to be doing just fine without it.

An in-depth discussion about running XP as a VM on your Mac.

Quoted: Rob Griffiths has already run Windows XP on his Mac mini with the help of hackers' tricks and Boot Camp. So it stands to reason he would test drive Parallels Workstation, a virtual machine technology that lets you run multiple operating systems on top of OS X.
