I read the entire book last night and this morning and think it's great! While it feels a touch steep to sell a digital download for $19.95 of a sparse page tome (that you can't share with anyone), the value is in the content itself, and in this regard, I can't think of any passionate developer or internet company that would not agree with what's written here...
I would strongly suggest getting the group edition in your workplace if you expect more than 3 people to read it.
Tangentially, the book also gives you a formula for how 37signals continues to gain success with simple web applications.
The Dotted link takes you to the main page and gives you access to 4 free chapters. Try it out for yourself!
Quoted: Getting Real, the book, details the business, design, programming, and marketing concepts and methodologies of 37signals. The book is packed with keep-it-simple insights, contrarian points of view, and unconventional approaches to software design and development.

In addition, appropriate access must be granted to internal managers and external stakeholders such as clients. While Microsoft Project, Project Server and Project Web Access are designed for complex enterprise projects, many organizations and project teams don't need the sophistication of Microsoft Project, and do not want to manage and administer such a system
