ChangeThis posted an interesting manifesto by the author of "The Definitive Drucker." It explores the various ways that management concepts have shifted from the manufacturing economy on into the information age and the ways in which successful leaders must constantly remain focused outward while acting inward.

I'm in the process of writing use cases for my new project and found that this PDF is an entire chapter on the subject.

This is the newly published Microsoft research paper on redirection spam. It is intended so that "[search engines can] strengthen their ranking algorithms against spam, for legitimate website owners to locate and remove spam doorway pages, and for legitimate advertisers to identify unscrupulous syndicators who serve ads on spam pages."

The process for detection is fairly laborious and involved, involving submission of batched URLs to a spam verification service.

This looks to be an interesting manifesto by Bill Taylor, a co-founder of Fast Company, and somebody named Polly LaBarre. It's a "Manifesto for Mavericks" and I want to read it later.
