FIFA has banned high-altitide soccer and the Bolivians are revolting. It is pretty funny. When I went to Bolivia, I quickly found that the National team was pretty marginal but they have a great home record because their opponents suck wind so hard at 11k feet.
Quoted: "Brazilians are wimps," said 71-year-old Beatriz Ordonez, who spent Wednesday morning dancing in the streets of La Paz, merrily waving a yellow handkerchief to the beat of the music and not even breathing hard.

Fueling the fire on what was actually said by Matterazzi to Zidane. The Daily Mail enlisted the help of a professional lip-reader.

Wow. Just watched Ghana own the Czechs. This is shaping up to be quite a World Cup bracket. 3 of the teams have now suffered at least 1 loss in our bracket. If the US can beat Italy here (kickoff in an hour) then all 4 will have taken a loss and the US will be very much alive again. It's there for the taking!
