Lis (a Library of Iterative Solvers for linear systems)は線型方程式 Ax = b を反復法で解くための C 言語と Fortran 90 で記述されたライブラリです。
Lis をインストールするためには、 C コンパイラが使用できる計算機環境が必要です。 また、AMG 前処理を使用するためには、 Fortran 90 に対応したコンパイラも必要となります。並列計算環境では、 OpenMP または MPI-1 を使用します。
