The natives of Diego Garcia were kicked out of their homes so that their island could be used as a military base for the UK and the US (the only military base in the Indian Ocean).
It's been 30 years since they were forced to leave (most of them were living in Mauritius), and they are finally getting a chance to go back to visit their homes.
