    Elysian Brewing Company

I've been a big fan of the food at the Elysian in Capitol Hill.

Turns out they have a new location -- and it's close to our office!

    purple cafe and wine bar

Checked out their location downtown and I would definitely go back again.

The huge spiral staircase is very cool and their small bites menu is delicious (their regular menu is just alright). Also, I found their cheese plate to be reasonably priced compared to other restaurants I've been to.

At the very least, go for some good cheese and wine!

And if you go during their busy hours, make a reservation.

vegetarian bistro loc: Seattle, WA - Google Maps

My favorite chinese-vegetarian restaurant in the International District. Just came back from a delicious lunch there and I would highly recommend it.

Make sure to try the Mu-Shu!

    Piecora's Pizza - (206) 322-9411

Another good pizza joint in Seattle.

Quoted: Family owned and operated since 1981, Piecora's Pizza brings a little bit of Brooklyn to Seattle. Dough is hand tossed, crusts are thin and toppings plentiful.

    Pan-Africa Cafe - Seattle, WA, 98101 - Citysearch

The Ethiopian food at this restaurant was pretty good. It's conveniently located at the Pike Place Market and they also offer West African items on their menu.

I've had better Ethiopian food elsewhere, but I would still recommend this restaurant if you're in the area.

Thaiger Room - Seattle, WA, 98105-5807 - Citysearch

I haven't been to this thai restaurant in the U District, but I hear it's good.

Quoted: This is by far the best place to go for lunch on the Ave. The service hovers between a 7 and a 10, but the ...

    Le Pichet

Need to try this place at some point. Thanks, Lindsay!

Quoted: Lindsay said: "If I knew French, I would expound upon Le Pichet in the language it so deserves. But I don't, so let me just write that I have always had a 10 star meal at this little gem of a bistro. The wine list is excellent and reasonable, the food is delicious, and the service is tres bien! In my opinion, an ideal meal will last three hours, but though we had to cut our dinner short at two (no dessert or coffee, poo!), it lived up to its high standard once again."
