  Well it seems that I really can't do *anything*, not climbing, running, swimming, bikram or vinyasa yoga, not even knitting.

  Seriously, I might puncture my spleen with the needles given my klutziness.

  Sitting around doing nothing and sleeping a lot sounds really good, but I need to keep up this seksi bod, so I think Pilates will do.

  I've tried one or two other vids before, but Jenifer Kries is still my fav. Does anybody have any other favorite Pilates @ home DVDs?
