    Starbucks hopes new promotions will lure back cash-conscious customers

    For you working people that get up and get coffee in the morning!

    Quoted: Customers who buy a full-priced drink in the morning can buy a 16-ounce cold beverage for $2 after 2 p.m. The offer starts Sunday and ends Sept. 1 and is also good in Miami and Chicago.

    I can't wait to see what "Starbucks with soul" ends up looking like. I'll admit that I would be much happier with my Starbucks experience if I wasn't offered something that I don't want every time I go.
