I came across these photographs last night and they were just so surprising... like a revelation of the possiblities in photography.
After looking at the prints for a while it becomes apparent what the personal inspiration for these photographs is. But it's not just about that- this feels larger, like a primeval human drama played out in the desert.
Now on show at Seattle's Henry Art Gallery.
