OpenOffice.org is a free, open-source office suite thats a serious alternative to pricey products such as Microsoft Office. It strikes me as a no-brainer to at least try it when youre in the market for an updated productivity suite, because it costs you nothing but your time. OpenOffice 3.0 is a significant upgrade and, again, is completely free.
