Good article comparing both sides. Depending on your situation, you'll probably come to different conclusions. Feel free to skim to the end though.
Quoted: Job No. 1 for the next president? In the minds of an overwhelming number of Americans, it's fixing what ails the sick economy. What the voters will have to sort out are very different approaches offered by Barack Obama and John McCain.

Quoted: Hillary Clinton's decision on Tuesday evening to acknowledge Barack Obama as the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee sets the stage for what promises to be a sharp partisan debate over the issue weighing most heavily on voters: the economy.

You must be Matt's friend before you can comment on this Fave.Don't be fooled. McCain and Obama are the same candidate. Both the Democrats and the Republicans refuse to face any of the real issues. The article is titles 'Obama and McCain have big economic differences', but then it goes on to say:
"In addition to tax cuts, both presidential candidates are out promising voters a lot of programs in the areas of health care, energy and education."
"Regardless of the baseline used, the government's debt would go up sharply — by $3.5 trillion under the Obama plan and by $5 trillion over the next decade under McCain's plan, the tax center estimates."
Their plans are not different in any meaningful way.
We CANNOT continue to have a multi trillion dollar deficit. If we want real change we must force the two parties to face the real issue. Tell them we are sick of their shit. Vote for a 3rd party candidate.
