You must be Mel's friend before you can comment on this Fave.Uh, so no? He didn't really flat out say no. I can see what he means about it being condescending and semi-contradictary for Hillary to say you're not ready/be my VP. But, how else is she going to frame the joint ticket topic? When you run for president you have to constantly talk about the future as though you're definitely going to win...even if you know you're not -- I'm sure Edwards used the "when we win" verbiage too.
