Turns out the CIA got the wrong guy and now he wants $75k in compensation. Supreme Court rejects hearing the case without comment and say "state secrets" would be revealed if either the Justices themselves or the court were given access to the information for which the hearing would be based.

Here is the record of the vote on the Cloture Motion to restore Habeas Corpus. Article 4 of the US Constitution states that habeas corpus shall not be suspended unless in cases of rebellion and invasion when the public safety may require it.
