OAuth spec. OAuth is used within FriendConnect to transfer permissions to access data on one site, while visiting another.

This site was featured on Google's Campfire One to demo the Friend Connect - which let's web site owners place social widgets on their web sites. So, FriendConnect extends the platforms that OpenSocial widgets can be hosted.
In this case, the site is hosting some iLike OpenSocial widgets.
