You must be Mike's friend before you can comment on this Fave.Nice. Kinkos actually does a pretty good job. You can email them a publisher file or pdf and they will print and cut that same day for you to pick up. They have pretty good paper as well: 100 lb coated white.
I did try Kinkos - results are generally very good, and the paper they chose (off-white) works nicely with my biz card. I was also able to email them my file at 11 pm, and get cards returned to me at noon (on Sunday!).
Pricey, though - about $0.20 per card (as opposed to $0.10). Also, their cutting of the cards was off by up to 1/8" between cards. None of my text was cut off - but some of the cards are not well centered.
I'll be anxious to compare overall quality when I get my Overnight Prints cards back.
