Something about our wiring in the office is making our VOIP line pick up and hang up all incoming calls. I'm trying to trace exactly how the jack is wired.

We use Split 50 66-block punchdown blocks in our office. The left and right pairs are electrically connected in each row. Bridging clips are used to connect left and right halves.

You must be Mike's friend before you can comment on this Fave.Fix it! The problem was that we had additional (unused) equipment connected in parallel on this line, which was picking up the phone (and then hanging up).
