I like having "> <Page-Title>" at the end of the breadcrumbs too. I think it makes it more obvious what the site navigation is (down to the current page). It need not be linked, but should be shown at the end of the breadcrumb.

Custom pins (buttons) for $0.30/each - full color. I've gotten a bunch of these through Drupal orgs - it's a pretty cool way to get people to spread your brand.
