I love the title of this blog post. There IS a market out there for people who don't want to overhead of a FULL blog, but would like a simple way to post things of interest to them. Twitter, is mentioned here as a way to do so from your cell phone via SMS, or IM.

Many of our Blue Dot users (myself included) also use Blue Dot as a simpler, lighter-weight way to post our thoughts on things we find on the web. I tend to write more comments on my Dots, so that it's not just a bookmark, but also a "micro-blog" post.

Even dedicated bloggers are using Blue Dot as a way to augment their normal blogging activities (via our Blue Dot widget, or our new Auto-Blogging feature) - since Blue Dot posts can be displayed on their main blog.
