Doesn't Krug's web site look like crap? This from the guru of usability? I personally think good design must go hand-in-hand with good usability. This site fails on count one - and is therefore not very usable (for me).
(I like his book, however!)

Thanks - I didn't read carefully enough - setting the userContent.css is a FireFox-only feature. Cool, though, I'm primarily still on IE.
