so i'm planning a trip to france with my girlfriend this november to france.
we definitely want to check out paris, but wondering if anyone had another suggestion. i've been looking into provence (Nice) but heard that during late nov. it rains + most of the restaurants close for the winter.
anyone have any suggestions? perhaps a different country all together?

I was at QFC today and this really confident boy scout handed me a flyer to buy some school supplies for his troop project to benefit Treehouse. I've been looking for volunteer opportunities tutoring kids like this, but Treehouse seems to have plenty of volunteers right now. They have a waiting list for volunteers! Anyone know of an organization that really needs people to mentor down-and-out kids?
