Nice story. However, I find myself using the lighter-weight Google and 37Signal offerings over Zoho.

Everything about this story is improbable. And gloriously old fashioned. When I met Raju Vegesna, I kept on thinking this was some kind of time warp. Zoho has simply ignored much of the conventional wisdom. Consider:

I can't believe how badly MS has screwed this one up. There are so many design problems with this site - not the least of which they allow users to vote, and display the number of downloads, BUT there is no way to sort the results by most popular votes or downloads! Am I just not seeing it or is the feature completely missing.

Free account, serves OpenOffice in a browser. Includes collaboration tools. This may be more useful than Google Docs, since all of my documents start and end as OpenOffice documents. Collaborating with Google Docs has caused some hassles in conversion / import / export. Web-based document processing is surprisingly useful - a real productivity win.
