They are part of the infamous "Discovery Institute" (defenders of Creationism and Intelligent Design) which causes me to be very distrustful of the group.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;There is an energy conference at Microsoft on Sept 4-5 sponsored by Cascadia.
