Microsoft's AdSense like product. Anyone using this? Are they getting competitive ad rates?

What is section targeting and how do I implement it? - AdSense Help

You can indicate sections of your page you want your Ads to target. I wonder if there is an equivalent thing for marking sections of your page as "noindex" by the crawler.

Quoted: Section targeting allows you to suggest sections of your text and HTML content that you'd like us to emphasize or downplay when matching ads to your site's content. By providing us with your suggestio

    Faves.com Search

Here's an updated Google Custom Search Engine for Faves.com. It will search URL Details, Buzz, Latest, and Best Pages (and also let you search for just one of those categories).

I think we should use these search results page for Faves/Everyone search.

    a) Better Search Results
    b) Better Ad Targeting

Google Custom Search Engine - Site search and more

Google Custom Search Engine lets you create a customized search to include a collection of websites (including patterns) of your choosing.

I think you can also ad your own AdSense advertising blocks in your search results AND host the search box and results in your own web pages.

» How To Migrate Your AdSense Account, Even When You Have An AdWords Account » InsideGoogle-part of the Blog News Channel

We're having problems with our AdSense password. Google ran us through a wizard that claimed we could have multiple logins on AdSense now - great. But when we did this, we first switch to another Google Account that already had an associated AdWords account. It now seems to be locking out the original account, and there is no way to associate different logins with it.

Maybe Google is going to fix this glitch soon - but for the moment we're screwed in that only one of us in the office can get into the AdSense account now.

System down message in 27 languages (including once in American English, and once in British English - in case you are confused by the spelling of "apologize", you can scroll down a page and read it 'correctly' spelled as "apologise").

    Is FAT the new THIN?

OK. This Ad for visitingLasVegas.net has run on Blue a ton! I don't get it. They've taken a picture of a pretty girl in a mini-skirt, standing in a hotel room(?), and then stretched it so she looks REALLY FAT (not just fat, but fun-house-mirror fat).

Are they clueless about clipping an image to fit a square? Or does the fat girl attract more attention to their ad?

    Hmm...

    Google Adsense And Getting Banned....

It seems like Google Adsense banned advertising on Blue Dot on Saturday, May 26, 2007. We've been an Adsense customer since Sept 2006 - so I'm not sure what prompted this banning now. As far as I know, we've followed all their terms of service.
