Why isn't AdManager more real-time? I have this problem with Google Analytics too. It makes it very difficult to test for correctness of ad placement, or filters in Analytics.

Current delay on our site in AdManager changes is about 10 minutes. It may seem like a small amount, but it really disrupts your work flow to have to make a change, wait 10 minutes to confirm/test, and then maybe have to repeat the cycle.

Twitter counter will graph the number of followers you have over time. I thought I saw another site that did this, but don't recall the name now.
