Unlike AddThis, it seems the intent of SocialMarker is SEO - not in helping you save a link for yourself (or friends). But Faves.com is listed (although they're using our outdated Blue Dot icon instead of the new ribbon icon).

This is the new Blue Dot wikipedia article. After a bunch of fuss after the creation of the original article, and my later edits, a kindly wikipedia admin (Santor Son) helped to create this new version.

When I search on google for the text:

I find over 2M pages. These lead me to a plugin called "sociable" which is being used on a lot of wordpress sites to automatically put in links to social bookmarking web sites.
