    Seth's Blog: Why I don't have comments

I was surprised to see Seth Godin dissing his users by not supporting commenting on his Blog (is it really a "blog" w/o user comments??).

But he does support TrackBacks. So, if you have your own blog, you can "comment" on his post.

Quoted: Seth Godin's riffs on marketing, respect, and the ways ideas spread.

Custom modules should use Doxygen comment standards if you ever what to submit a module to drupal.org. API docs can be automatically generated.

Pretty cool concept of a federated comment-and-user rating system. Integrated with some blogging platforms now. Would be a cool add-in to Faves.com, too, I think.

    coComment - Join the conversation

Cool Firefox extension that helps you track follow-up comments on sites where you are leaving comments (like blogs, flickr, etc.). Interesting idea to "keep conversations going".

Use extensively on WordPress - could be helpful to us in battling comment spam if we ever allow "public" commenting.

Could even be used against public dot text as well to flag possible spam dots.

Easily keep track of blog comments and followups with Commentful

Service to track comments you leave across the web - no matter where they are (presumably requires RSS support for each supported service).

Quoted: Track blog comments and followups with ease. Commentful tracks all your comments and notifies you of updates instantly!
