Really clever site (not related to Faves.com) - that shows 100's of sites by category. Reminds me of the million dollar homepage. I think they did a good job of picking the top sites for each category.

Unfortunately, no option to be automatically connected (which can be a pain if you're driving and talking on your phone at the same time).

I've been using Yahoo Movies as my go-to site for finding what's playing in local theaters. I like the quick access to reviews and local show times. Nice and simple.

The Open Directory Project is a collaboratively edited, categorized list of links on the web. Could be useful to bluedot in providing a publicly available categorization (ontology) of web site links, as well as a source of editorial content about web site links. ODP helped inspire Wikipedia.
