Alexa finally has their own toolbar for Firefox. Is this the end of the (popular) "Search Status" addon?
The cool new feature is a Sparkline to display the popularity trend of the site you're visiting.
I've not gotten this to work for me yet - Alexa has been flakey today, perhaps they are getting hammered from downloads of the new toolbar.
When I visit "bluedot.us", the toolbar just displays "private" - and even Search Status shows "n/a" right now.
Search Status also has some handy menu items to view the current page statistics - so I might not be converted as yet.

Nice trick for changing the text selection color for cases where the default (blue) clashes with your color scheme!

Google has another product that displays demographics of web sites - specifically tailored for media buyers (advertisers).
1 FaverViewed: 5 TimesQuoted: While Google Trends for Websites, announced last week, is designed for all users, Google Ad Planner is designed with media planners in mind. Using Google Ad Planner, you can quickly create media plans and export to a .csv file, which can be opened in most spreadsheet applications.
