    I had this book when I was in high school. It's a great daily exercise program you can do in just a few minutes a day - including strength and aerobic training.

    This site let's you download a PDF of the original book.

    I don't know why someone doesn't take this program exactly and make an online web site to help people track their progress.

    How to get ripped like the actors in 300. Video here shows the intense the actors received to prepare for the movie. Psychologically reminds me a bit of doing Super-Slow ... you were always a little anxious going into a workout because you knew it was going to HURT (I only kept it up for a year).
