I used to have a Ceiva when they first came out. The brilliant idea of being able to push pictures to the frame from over the internet was marred by the very high service contract that Ceiva (still) charges. Now Kodak has a beautiful 10" picture frame with WiFi built in so it can update photos from your home network (not sure if this can download automatically from an online gallery - the best option would be to have it collect pics from an RSS feed or other source of pictures that my whole family could contribute to).
