This is a pretty cool site - they track the performance of the top viewed videos across multiple video sharing sites, and show how they are performing over time. Click on a video and you can not only watch it, but see a chart of how many blog posts it's getting over time.

This is a good post on some of the possible hang-ups with A/B testing. Take-aways:

- Understand segmentation of users (new vs. repeat)
- Change one thing at a time (or use MVT analysis)

I hadn't noticed that Alexa gives our speed rankings. Blue Dot is in the top 20% with a page load time of just over 1 second. Cool!
