It's official; Google has acquired GrandCentral.com. I've been using it for about a year and plan to use this as the number on my business cards because of enhanced ability to route calls, online voicemail, etc.

Pretty cool service. Get a free phone number, and they will forward calls to any number of your choosing (even multiple phones at once). You can screen your calls before answering, and you can also record a conversation (to your voicemail inbox) during any call.

Voicemail is available online and can be sent to you via email. And it's all FREE.
