When I search on google for the text:

"These icons link to social bookmarking sites where readers can share and discover new web pages"

I find over 2M pages. These lead me to a plugin called "sociable" which is being used on a lot of wordpress sites to automatically put in links to social bookmarking web sites.

When we have our final partner code, we should update their PHP here, so we can be supported by them too.
