Like rent-a-coder, this site helps you connect with contract developers. No experience with either, yet, but just noticed that Ning suggested them as ways to source developers for PHP projects on Ning.

I applaud Google's open policy - but look at the substantial areas of secrecy they still maintain:
- The % of revenue they share with content providers on their AdSense network.
- What advertisers are driving the most revenue through advertising on my site?
- Changes to the search ranking algorithm are mysterious to content providers.
