This is right next to the new Vivace.
Quoted: The Dilettante Mocha Cafe and Chocolate Martini Bar had its opening night yesterday, in its new location on the retail floor of the new Brix condos at the north end of Broadway. It's cozied up next to the new Vivace Roasteria. This is the pastry case, from which all good things emanate. Besides desserts, they also serve lunch and dinner. We were struck by the appearance of meatloaf on the menu. Maybe it comes with a truffle on the side.

Since, it's across from the Ritz Diner you can pre-clog your arteries with fried diner food before coming here for dessert.
Quoted: Multi-national menu, homemade ice cream, festive ambiance.

Noticed this on my way to work today. The reviews on Yelp are very favorable.
Quoted: i tried the chocolate mint and cappucino gelato- it was delightful. the girls working were friendly and the gelato is served in a cute plastic square cup..i'm a sucker for presentation, and this beats a stale sugar cone or styrofoam bowl any day. the small serving was perfect and everything else in the spacious shop looked deliciously flawless..or flawlessly delicious? i'll be back

Quoted: B&O won’t disappear, never fear. I’ve talked to the owners. They think the developer will have a space for them in the new building, but they’ll be out of business until it’s done. So they might just relocate. Or they may relocate temporarily. They weren’t really sure about anything when I talked to them, other than that they had about a year to sort everything out. But they’re committed to staying in business somehow, somewhere.

A new dessert place in Capitol Hill. Yay!
Quoted: At Coco la ti da, the first solo business for the woman who made her name as a pastry chef, expect to see "carrot cake" served as a drink, with "hot cocoa" plated as a pasta entree.

Just went here. I highly recommend: Affogato- panna cotta gelato with a shot of espresso. Hey, does anyone who was with me remember what wine we had? I know it was 'chewy'.
Quoted: In vino veritas - In wine is truth. Plato’s words, not ours, but they hold true even now. Bricco della Regina Anna proudly features a great selection of wines specializing in Italian and Northwest boutique wineries. We invite you to peruse our sample wine list online and to come join us in person for the latest selections and to experience our constantly changing selection of glass pours.

Went here for dessert and coffee and was impresed by service, food, ambience. Would make a good date place. Can't say how main dishes are, though.
Quoted: 35th St. Bistro in Fremont, Seattle serves exquisitely prepared meals using sustainably grown ingredients.
