My friend just recommended this model. While Blackburns are normally low quality, this one is "Designed by 1up USA and built by Blackburn".
Quoted: The Trakstand Ultra features Blackburn's patented Centriforce resistance unit with a centrifugal clutch for an amazingly smooth, silent and progressive resistance that feels just like a hard road ride. Unlike magnetic and fluid trainers that lose speed quickly, the Centriforce system has a smooth rollout when coasting so your pedal stroke feels more natural in the dead spots, or when you ease up on the pedals.

Or maybe this is the model to go with. It is more expensive at $299 w/free shipping.
Quoted: This new resistance technology outperforms fluid, magnet and wind trainers. You can't zing this trainer up to an unrealistic 40 or 50 mph.

Thinking about getting this. Fluid trainers are supposedly more realistic than magnetic ones. Price here is already $40 cheaper than at REI + if you use the SAVE10 coupon code, you save an additional $10.
UPDATE: Just read that Kurt Kinetic apparently makes the best model. Seeing if I can find a reasonable price.
