Redot. She does come across much better in this interview than she did during the pageant.
Quoted: Caitlin Upton tells TODAY she butchered a question about why 1 in 5 Americans cannot locate the United States on a map because she was "overwhelmed" by the pageant and her live national television appearance.

ReFaving @merle
Quoted: Equities will almost certainly outperform cash over the next decade, probably by a substantial degree. Those investors who cling now to cash are betting they can efficiently time their move away from it later. In waiting for the comfort of good news, they are ignoring Wayne Gretzky’s advice: “I skate to where the puck is going to be, not to where it has been.”

Peter Schiff's predictions regarding the collapse have been right on, although his investment strategies have not yet panned out.
Quoted: On October 28th 2008, Schiff stated in an interview on Bloomberg TV that the investment strategies outlined in both books currently "are NOT working" due to the collapse of foreign currencies, foreign stocks and the failure of gold prices to go up significantly as most of the world entered an economic recession and foreign investors flee to cash. Schiff, however, remained optimistic on his theories and stated this was a good opportunity to buy foreign stocks trading at yearly lows.

Quoted: From both an economic and monetary perspective, the United States is a house of cards—impressive on the outside, but a disaster waiting to happen beneath the surface. In a relatively short period of time, the country has gone from the world's largest creditor to its greatest debtor; the value of the dollar has declined; and domestic manufacturing has given way to non-exportable services. While these and other issues could potentially spell disaster for your financial well-being, the situation could also present unique opportunities—if you're prepared.

Read this at the gym. Great article. I hope the the growing economy ultimately helps reduce the amount of poverty in India.
Quoted: The Pew Global Attitudes Survey, released in June 2005, asked people in 16 countries whether they had a favorable impression of the United States. A stunning 71 percent of Indians said yes. Only Americans had a more favorable view of America (83 percent).
Quoted: More likely it is because Indians understand America. It is a noisy, open society with a chaotic democratic system—like theirs. Many urban Indians speak America's language, are familiar with the country and often actually know someone who lives there, possibly even a relative.
