I've heard rumors of this too. This would totally make my day

First of all, I don't really have insider information on it but when I was down looking at the exhibition center for the Vulcan venture condos and mentioned to the realtors working there that I worked at Amazon and had heard we might move down into one of the buildings, they told me that Amazon had signed the contract the week prior. It seems likely that at least some of the Amazonians would try to consolidate over there.
However I have heard this will happen over 2-3 years.
