Just grabbed a couple drinks here. Really liked the place. It's fancy without feeling pretentious and while maintaining a neighborhood feel (It's on Bellevue just a few blocks from my place). Will definitely go back for Happy Hour and dinner. Recommended. The guy was saying they buy the entire (organic) cow -- so their beef is the real deal.

There's a great pub on the southeast corner of Third Place books in Ravenna. It is beautiful (if you like wood).
This place fills the void between a coffeeshop and a bar.

Buster McLeod of the Robot Co-op (the folks who created 43 things) is opening a bar & art gallery in Belltown. I definitely plan on checking it out.

Checked this place out last night.
They have a great selection of beers. It's an interesting multi-level place, and I'll definitely go again.
It didn't feel completely 'chill' though. It had a slight restaurantish feel to it -- because it was such a large space and because the lighting was a little bright.

Great neighborhood bar in my neighborhood! Perfect balance of chill, edgy, and trendy. It'll make more sense when you check it out. It's right next to Top Pot.
Quoted: The dark, cozy lounge is outfitted with the kind of vintage details that have made Top Pot (located next door) such a success, but here they're more exotic. Bamboo bar stools, wall-climbing tin flowers that glow red, and tasteful Southeast

Went here last night for a beer and a burger. The waitress claimed the burger was the best in Seattle. I'm not a burger person, so I can't quite corroborate that -- but, it was very good.

One more food and drink post:) Prost is an authentic-feeling neighborhood Geman bar. Make sure to have a pretzel so you can try their spicy mustard.

My review from two weeks ago: Just went here. It was $12 for dinner + a pint. I had a Roger's Pilsner and the Cajun Jamaican Jerk chicken with beans. The food was exceptional and healthy at the same time. Very surprising for a bar!
