    Vertigo at the Banyan Tree

Quoted: Perched 61 floors above the city on the roof of the sultry Banyan Tree Hotel, Vertigo and its Moon Bar are tops for great views, less good for staying dry though, since it has no roof.

Seattlest: What's Cold, Pink And Costs $15?

Qube (some folks were dotting about it) apparently offers "ultrapremium" spirits for $15. However, this writer is saying that the dinner is relatively affordable.

Quoted: Complex dinner "sets" at Qube aim high, with three riffs per course on the same ingredient, available as surf, turf or veg (shrimp, duck, mushrooms). More on dinner (relatively affordable, compared to cocktails) shortly. First, though, better give us another orchid.

Seattle Weekly: Food: Food Review: The Zig-Zag: Juice Joint by Katie Millbauer

Went here tonight. This might not be the *best* place to have fun -- but it does have character.

Quoted: It has the look of a sexy New York lounge and the vibe of a seedier joint in a much, much seedier town. Murray Stenson, lead bartender, is the main attraction. The man has fans—most of them employees at other restaurants—who've followed him over from his old post at Il Bistro. He's fast, he's good, and he reads minds:
