They're talking about this on The History Channel.

Some would say Samuel Adams Utopias is the ultimate beer, an extraordinary beer that can be savored like an old sherry, vintage port, or fine cognac.”

Checked this place out last night.
They have a great selection of beers. It's an interesting multi-level place, and I'll definitely go again.
It didn't feel completely 'chill' though. It had a slight restaurantish feel to it -- because it was such a large space and because the lighting was a little bright.

tried this place out tonight. definitely a keeper. not too fancy and not too sketchy. it was just right. also, they have a great "bad weather resistent" patio.
as for the burger, it was *very* good but not quite as good as the burger i had at collins pub. but, to be fair, the medium at collins pub was rarer than the burger here.

I think this is a little misleading since it's based on YOY changes..and Seattle was ranked the #8 BEST place last year.
