Now, For a Change in Strategy « nPost Startup Blog

Nathan, founder of http://npost.com, blogged about our coffee meeting. Our "change" in strategy is a little overstated. Referring to it as an "extension" of strategy might have been better, but it's a great post nonetheless!

Quoted: They decided to changes their names to faves.com, which makes a lot of sense. It meshes well with your overall services, is five characters, and has a coveted .com. It will be interesting to see how this rebranding does for the company.

Blue Dot is Now Faves: New Name, New Features

We got a nice mashable mention!

Quoted: And while Faves already had a good amount of personalization options, crating more in terms of its content management takes a cue from popular start pages, and is a similar tactic to one that StumbleUpon has recently implemented with its own site. So while the changes may not make it a big contender just yet, it does make the playing field that much more even.

BlueDot turns into a much improved Faves and apparently I’ve improved too! « Demo Girl

Demo Girl's done a great job of explaining our offering. She's even created a screencast! I wonder if we can use it on our site.

Quoted: BlueDot just relaunched as Faves, and I think they did a great job. It was July 2006 when I created a screencast for BlueDot and a few weeks later they invited me to their launch party. Wasn’t that sweet? When I saw they had relaunched as Faves, I quickly went back to my screencast of BlueDot to see the differences.

We're in TechCrunch today (and so is derek if you look at the screenshot they've used).

Quoted: The look and feel of the site are incredible, the interface is very attractive and easy to use. Blue Dot is very well made and has a system that without doubt separates it from other similar services.
