Just trying to find some new lunch places near our office. Reviews are mixed for this place -- but that might be because they apparently try to make their food healthy.
Quoted: Just got back from here, and I thought it was pretty good. The teriyaki chicken bowl had tasty tender pieces of chicken and very good steamed vegetables. They give you a lot of chicken, which is good because I got full and didn't finish the rice (bad carbs!).

A reasonably good coffee shop just a block west of our office.
Quoted: I like this place for lunch as well...just don't be in a rush. The panini sandwiches are good but except to wait several minutes. So come for a leisurely, casual lunch, but I would pass on the coffee. I have been here multiple times for…

They have a Happy Hour starting at 9 pm everyday. Very convenient after checking out a movie or show downtown. I was also impressed with their happy hour food selections -- in terms of value. Food quality was better than average and certainly acceptable for $4, but not the best.

1 FaverViewed: 3 TimesQuoted: The Eastside Ben & Jerry’s has a conundrum. The downtown Kirkland development of Lake Street Place is forcing the store to vacate its waterfront location during the upcoming summer months. This puts an obvious damper in the store’s business plan. On numerous summer days, we have walked past a long line of ice cream addicts salivating out the Ben & Jerry’s door.
