So, these were the shoes recommended to me by Seattle Running Company. As soon as I walked into the store..he's like, "you have flat feet". Through the bulge in my shoes, he could tell that my feet were rolling inwards. This shoe effectively corrects that. Also, it is narrow so it fits me well.

I will use 'em primarily for doing stairs (the disappearing kind) at the gym. But, I will also use them for an occasional run and for tennis when the summer comes around. I'm a size 12.
