i think the tuna melt and turkey burger examples are a little misleading. if you are making either at home, buy lean meat and go easy on the toppings, and you have two healthy choices. a tuna melt sandwich made with just one slice of cheese tastes great.
The whole thing is a lie promulgated by Big Pork and Big Beef. BTW, That yogurt cup is not a fruit-on-the-bottom product and Yoplait does not even carry such a product. Mohit is spot on. Just make healthier versions of the food you want; don't go out and fill your fridge with ham and roast beef.
Hm... I just bought a 10 yogurt for $5 discount at Safeway too.
