Yum...finally tried this crepe place in capitol hill...it's got a cute look to it, and one amazing nutella and banana crepe. Rosana you would totally enjoy the crepes, coffee, and Internet...might be a great place to study in the summer.

    Welcome to Espresso Vivace

This place has amazing whipped cream...I know that's random and terribly unhealthy...but you've got to try it...They mix vanilla and coffee into the whipped cream and it tastes so good over an americano or just plain espresso... only turn off is they're a little over priced...

I studied at Red Line last night with Rosana...(yes I know on a Saturday night and all...boo...) They have food, coffee, beer, wine and some interesting people, this guy came bursting threw the door and started yelling at one of the guys sitting down (I don't remember exactly what he was saying) but he kind of freaked everyone out...I'd give this place points for entertainment factor...they're open till 11pm and have free wifi, large table, lots of windows...they don't have too many power outlets so bring your laptop charged. I might go back for another bowl of tomato basil soup...yum

As with any food item, coffee beans oxidize when exposed to air. Since coffee grounds have a larger surface area, they are exposed to even more air and, therefore, can become stale much faster. Grinding your beans at home is the best way to drink coffee made from the freshest grounds, as long as you only grind as much as you need for one pot.
Most consumers would think that coffee is coffee and that it wouldn’t matter if it’s instant or brewed as long as it tastes okay and wakes them up. While that is all fine and dandy, it is worth noting that picking the best beans according to your preference can result in a coffee which will be most looked forward to every morning.
