Not sure if this is common knowledge or not, but I thought i would share...i recently dropped my favorite pair of heels off at nordies to get repaired (tips for $20), I found out that nordstrom repairs the heels for free the first time...that’s awesome...it does take a week for the repairs though...so be prepared to part with your favorite shoes for at least that long.
