Quoted: Within the fence area, scientists have observed a strange phenomenon: above the native vegetation, the sky is rich in rain-producing clouds. But the sky on the farmland side is clear.
This is fascinating. A team of researchers led by Udaysankar Nair and Tom Lyons have proposed three possible explanations.

When I need to set persistent environment variables in Windows, I tend to want to gouge my eyes out ... right click "my computer", "properties", "advanced", "environment variables", ... and have you tried editing $PATH in that tiny edit box?!
Fortunately, I just discovered a utility called "setx.exe" which can do this from a command line (ahhhhh). You can also edit HKCU\Environment directly, if you don't feel like jumping through these ridiculous validation hoops. Yes, it's rather sad that manually editing the registry is easier than using a tool designed for editing environment variables.
