You must be Rob's friend before you can comment on this Fave.A little aggressive, I would say. I have my PC on a Kill a Watt, and I have never seen it pull more than 315w from the wall (this is at full load including GPU load). I have a HE PSU, but the PC is still demanding less than 300w by a wide margin. When priming (all CPUs fully maxed) my OC, it was around 275w from the wall.
This tool suggests a 742w power supply -- I have a 650w power supply in case I ever upgrade my video card. This is a quad core Q6600 OC'ed to 3.3ghz with a (fairly low end) NV 8600 GT OC. I've got plenty of PSU headroom.
